بيان إلى رؤساء الصروح الإلكترونية الأجلاء
أيها الإخوة الأفاضل،
تنامت في الآونة الأخيرة ظاهرة الألقاب عبر المنصات الإلكترونية، تلك الظاهرة التي جمعت بين من يستحق اللقب ومن لا يستحقه، مما أدى إلى اختلاط المفاهيم وإضاعة القيمة الحقيقية للألقاب والشهادات. ومن هذا المنطلق، وبعدما شاركت في برنامج بهذا الخصوص، ارتأيت أن نتحد معًا، واضعين أيدينا في أيدي بعض، لنتصدى لهذه الظاهرة ونوقف هذه المهزلة.
إننا هنا لنبث المعرفة والمحبة، وننشر السلام ولنرتقي بالمستوى الفكري في وطننا العربي. لا نسعى لنيل الشهادات كغاية بحد ذاتها، بل نسعى لتحفيز الذات والآخرين على النمو والتطور. كلنا ندرك أن تلك الشهادات والألقاب قد تكون وسيلة تحفيزية لنا وللرواد، ولكن ينبغي أن تكون ضمن حدود المعقول ووفق معايير واضحة.
من الجدير بالذكر أن هناك فرقًا بين الدكتوراه الفخرية والدكتوراه الأكاديمية، وكذلك هناك شروط ومعايير يجب أن تتوفر لمنح هذه الشهادة التكريمية. فهي تُبرز الجوانب الإنسانية والثقافية التي تسعى الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية إلى تعزيزها من خلال منح هذه الشهادات.
سأبدأ بأكاديميتي، فالإصلاح يبدأ من الذات. أتمنى أن يلقى حديثي هذا انتباهكم، وأن نتحد معًا لنحدث التغيير المنشود، رافعين شعار المعرفة والاحترام، لنساهم في بناء مجتمع فكري ناضج ومستني. وأنا أصّر، وكلي أمل، على أهمية التكاتف والعمل المشترك لتحقيق هذا الهدف النبيل.

Statement to the Esteemed Leaders of Electronic Institutions
Dear brothers and sisters,
Recently, the phenomenon of titles on electronic platforms has grown, combining those who deserve the title with those who do not, leading to confusion and devaluing the true worth of titles and degrees. From this standpoint, and after participating in a program on this topic, I suggest that we unite, putting our hands together to confront this phenomenon and put an end to this farce.
We are here to disseminate knowledge and love, spread peace, and elevate the intellectual level in our Arab world. We do not seek to obtain certificates as an end in itself, but rather to motivate ourselves and others to grow and develop. We all recognize that these certificates and titles can be a motivational tool for us and for the pioneers, but they should be within reasonable limits and according to clear standards.
It is worth noting that there is a difference between an honorary doctorate and an academic doctorate, and there are conditions and criteria that must be met to grant this honorary certificate. It highlights the humanitarian and cultural aspects that universities and educational institutions aim to promote through awarding these certificates.
I will start with my own academy, for reform begins with oneself. I hope my words catch your attention and that we unite to bring about the desired change, raising the banner of knowledge and respect, contributing to the building of a mature and enlightened intellectual community. I firmly believe in the importance of cooperation and joint work to achieve this noble goal.

Déclaration aux éminents dirigeants des institutions électroniques
Chers frères et sœurs,
Récemment, le phénomène des titres sur les plateformes électroniques a pris de l’ampleur, mélangeant ceux qui méritent le titre avec ceux qui ne le méritent pas, ce qui a conduit à une confusion et à la dévalorisation de la véritable valeur des titres et des diplômes. Dans cette optique, et après avoir participé à un programme sur ce sujet, je propose que nous nous unissions, en mettant nos mains ensemble pour affronter ce phénomène et mettre fin à cette farce.
Nous sommes ici pour diffuser la connaissance et l’amour, répandre la paix et élever le niveau intellectuel dans notre monde arabe. Nous ne cherchons pas à obtenir des certificats comme une fin en soi, mais plutôt à nous motiver nous-mêmes et les autres à grandir et à nous développer. Nous reconnaissons tous que ces certificats et titres peuvent être un outil de motivation pour nous et pour les pionniers, mais ils doivent rester dans des limites raisonnables et selon des critères clairs.
Il est à noter qu’il existe une différence entre un doctorat honorifique et un doctorat académique, et qu’il y a des conditions et des critères qui doivent être remplis pour accorder ce certificat honorifique. Il met en évidence les aspects humanitaires et culturels que les universités et les institutions éducatives visent à promouvoir en attribuant ces certificats.
Je commencerai par ma propre académie, car la réforme commence par soi-même. J’espère que mes paroles attireront votre attention et que nous nous unirons pour apporter le changement souhaité, en levant l’étendard de la connaissance et du respect, contribuant à la construction d’une communauté intellectuelle mature et éclairée. Je crois fermement en l’importance de la coopération et du travail conjoint pour atteindre ce noble objectif.
